Facilities
While staying at Hoofbeats in Harmony, your horse will be kept in a private pen with a shelter. This allows them to live in a herd environment while staying safe in their own space. We feed free-choice, good quality grass hay and pens are picked daily.
Duration
A 3-month minimum is required for most horses coming in for training board. I will not rush a horse and I find that 30 days is nowhere near enough time to allow the horse room to process and learn at their own pace.
(Extreme problem horses and colt starting may require more than 3 months)
Fees
$1,600 per month
- 25% deposit required to book your spot
- 50% of remaining balance due a month before the horse arrives
- Remaining 50% due upon arrival
